Overview
Create panels members click to open private ticket channels. Staff claim, close, and transcript tickets from Discord or the dashboard.

Create a panel
Define categories (support, report, appeal) and the channel where the panel posts.

Set staff roles
Only ticket staff should see open tickets.

Publish
Post the panel and test opening/closing a ticket.
